  • The Age I’d Go Back To and Why It Doesn’t Matter

Reading Time: 4 minutesThe other day, my daughter asked me a question that caught me off guard. She said, “If you could go back to any age, what would it be?” I told her I’d go back to 15. She followed up with, “Why?” That answer came quickly, but the more I thought about it,…

  • The Trap of Desire and the Power of Life’s Task

Reading Time: 4 minutesMost of us live inside bubbles of reality shaped by our desires. We chase them with everything we have, believing that if we can just bring those desires into existence, we have achieved success. But here is the problem: desires live on a scale. They can be good or evil, right or…

  • What Do Your Thoughts Say About You?

Reading Time: 4 minutesI think a lot of people rarely take the time to really sit with themselves, to think about who they are, where their mind wanders, and why. The other day, I was paying attention to my thoughts, and it struck me how unusual that is. Most people do not really listen to…

  • This Simple Mindset Shift Will Help You Grow Every Day

Reading Time: 3 minutesThere is an incredible moment in life when you suddenly feel like things are finally within your control. Interestingly, reaching this point often happens unintentionally, sometimes even by accident. This moment is the realization that you can genuinely learn from your mistakes. • Why Your Life Feels Out of Control (And How to Fix It)

Reading Time: 4 minutesLet’s get real for a minute: most people don’t live intentionally. They just wake up and go with the flow — not realizing that even that “flow” is a system. It’s just not one they designed. That’s what I call an unintentional system. You don’t have to try to be in one.…

  • The Secret to Real Success: Uncomfortable Growth

Reading Time: 4 minutesYou don’t simply become successful by performing ordinary tasks; success requires intentionally developing new capabilities in areas you aim to improve by tackling challenging experiences. This principle holds true in many domains, including physical fitness. The Fitness Analogy: Embracing Discomfort Take bodybuilding, for instance. If my goal is to transform my physique,…

Adding to the conversation…

I was the person who was comfortable keeping my opinion to myself. I have always been naturally reserved. In my 30’s, life and my career forced me to be more vocal. I learned how to use my voice, communicate my ideas, and share my experiences to enrich the lives of others. I realized that my thoughts and, in some cases, advice had significant impact on those who chose to listen.

This blog is me opening up and deciding to be a beacon of hope and growth. Learn with me, fail and succeed with me, and experience a full life. I hope to explore topics and concepts that are timeless and universal. I aim to shape minds and offer alternative ways of thinking. I will be a friend, a brother in Christ, and a voice of reason.
